DX EVAPORATOR

The internal workings of a DX Evaporator (Chiller Barrel) are depicted that detail how fluid and refrigerant interact inside this heat exchanger. The liquid refrigerant is expanded to create the cooling force that chills the fluid flowing through the vessel. Cooling fluid is routed around the tube bundle in a design to maximize the heat transfer and also have a low-pressure drop. Units can be customized for any cooling liquid or refrigerant.
