WATER-COOLED CONDENSER
See the operational features of a water-cooled condenser including hot gas from the compressor being condensed to a high-pressure liquid, cooling fluid flows, and exchange of heat. Compact space, efficient use of a cooling fluid to condense refrigerant, and ability to lower condensing temperatures allowing the refrigeration system and compressor to operate optimally and lower system energy consumption
00:55VERTICAL SHELL AND OIL CONDENSER
Illustrates how a small footprint condenser works in a refrigeration system to condense hot gas into a high-pressure liquid. This unique design maximizes floor space in machinery or in a mechanical room. For applications from 3 to 20 HP, this unit features the ability to store refrigerant and act as a condenser/receiver in applications.
00:55DX EVAPORATOR
The internal workings of a DX Evaporator (Chiller Barrel) are depicted that detail how fluid and refrigerant interact inside this heat exchanger. The liquid refrigerant is expanded to create the cooling force that chills the fluid flowing through the vessel. Cooling fluid is routed around the tube bundle in a design to maximize the heat transfer and also have a low-pressure drop. Units can be customized for any cooling liquid or refrigerant.
